Ensoto grew out of Stellar Development Foundation-funded research into municipal bond tokenization — work that mapped where the muni market's structural inefficiencies actually live, and what it would take to fix them.
Charles Belle, Founder & CEO, led that research. He is a former law professor at USF School of Law, where he taught the first DeFi law course in the United States, and was previously COO of a Layer-1 blockchain company.
